Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the Home Credit brand at assigned Point of sale and develop the relationship with Dealer Inform about the finance options to the walk-in customers
- Collect & submit information / documents as per the loan process.
- Checking eligibility of the interested customers.
- Follow-up with the interested customers to complete the process.
- Distribution of marketing material in the vicinity to increase footfall in the store.
- Handling customer query and complaint
- Ensuring right selection and assessment of customers.
- Maintaining customer risk/ delinquency at the levels as per company's benchmark.
Desired Profile:
- 10+2 pass out with 6 months of experience in Sales
- Graduate Fresher can also apply
- Basic computer knowledge
- Clear speech, can communicate with customer
- Basic Mathematical ability like simple calculations
- Hunger to succeed - Money / Career / Incentives
