1. Achieve Sales Volume as per Target
2. Achieve Targeted Market Share against each product
3. Lead/Guide/Drive the sales team
4. Achieve target spare parts sales & service metrics
5. Lead the after-sales team
6. Dealer Development, Management and Coordination
7. Lead /Mentor the dealer team
8. Ensure customer satisfaction
9. Achieve sales, after-sales objectives
10. Develop rapport with corporate customers
11. Develop business in new markets, untapped territories
12. Ensure regular reporting from Dealer
13. Ensure regular reporting to HO
