Job Title: SALES OFFICER @ MUMBAI WFO
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Delivery Target : Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.
Report Analysis : Analyse sales reports and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Floor Discipline : Maintain discipline and professionalism on the sales floor, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
- Uphold company values and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements :
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
