Business Responsibility
Areas Key Performance Indicators
Sales Delivery :
- Ensuring sales delivery on all decor categories in the geography- wallpaper,furniture etc.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly and annual promise sales figures and category-level plans
- Coordination for material delivery to retailers.
Network expansion :
- Responsible for the sustenance of the existing network and for Network expansion.
- Responsible for Monitoring Outstanding Collections from customers
- Interaction with end customers like Architects, and interior designers to help aid secondary sales
- Secondary sales activities like shop staff training, customer activations
- Customer handling and resolution and closure of issues.
- Regular adherence to visiting metrics like DVR, VFI
Retailing :
- Upkeep of existing display, ensuring the display of the new range of products, presence of books of new collections, disposing and discarding old collections.
