Sales Role - Freight Forwarding/Logistics Business (2-25 yrs)
Job Description
Looking for Graduate with good communication skills Experience of Freight Forwarding /logistics Industry is mandatory with Minimum 2 + yrs of relevant experience Sales and business development.
Experience in Electronics, Pharma, Retail, Consumer Goods Vertical
- Overall Sales & business development (forwarding Air and Sea, trucking, Heavy haulage, CHA, 3PL etc..)
- Looking candidates with Air Export & Ocean Export sales background.
- Find & develop qualified leads convert them in to a business
- Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing.
- Maintain records of customer details/sales visits / Compliance on all MIS reports/data maintenance and statutory requirements.
- Identify potential customers and register opportunities .
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by coordinating with operations team and branches
- Regularly visiting accounts validating our service levels and develop new revenue streams and conducting business review with clients.
- Maintain records of customer details/sales visits in the Orient.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding support by the Finance Controller. Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to time .
