Position Overview:

- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our dynamic team at US Logistics. As a Freight Broker, you will play a crucial role in the transportation and logistics.

- Operations by facilitating the movement of freight between shippers and carriers. Your exceptional negotiation skills, attention to detail, and industry expertise will be instrumental in securing the best possible rates and ensuring the efficient delivery of goods to our valued customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Freight broker agents are responsible for matching authorized and reliable transportation carriers to the shippers and coordinating all of the shipping needs for many companies.

- Identify and selecting reputable and safe carriers to ensure the highest quality service for accounts and their shipping lanes.

- Maintain current clients, generate leads and attract new prospects and develop a sales pipeline.

- Acquire new business through prospecting, cold calling, etc. Contract with freight shipping carriers and negotiate the best rates and services for our customers.

- Providing customers with shipping quotes.

- Booking orders with carriers.

- Assisting to prepare carriers for loads.

Education/Experience :

- Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge

- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

- Deep understanding of the Freight Industry.

- Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance and communication

- Understanding of web technology and cable setup

- Must be ready to work in US shifts

- 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)
