Sales Role - Financial Services (12-20 yrs)

Exciting Part time opportunity for Retired Professionals or Housewives or Self Employed looking for jobs with high earning capacity (Incentives, Commission and Monthly/Quarterly/Annual bonanza schemes).

Preferably Chartered Accountants, Doctors, Ex-Servicemen, Civil Servants (IAS, IPS, IFS and others), Banking (PSU or Private) or Insurance, Housewives. Immediate joiners.

Key Responsibility Area :

1. Generate sales leads from various engagement initiatives, professional networking, relatives, ex-colleagues and other channels

2. Determines clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.

3. Advising clients on tax investment strategies

4. Recommending appropriate insurance products to clients, such as life, health, property, casualty, and other types of insurance

5. Proactively contact leads and schedule appointments to recommend appropriate policies, quotes, and coverages

6. Determine specific client needs by researching current coverage and options, and grow and maintain business through product sales, cross-sales, referrals, your own circle of influence

7. Building client relationships foster long-term relationships and trust with the clients by offering continuous advice, reviewing clients' insurance needs over time and recommending policy updates as necessary

8. Providing risk management advice by helping clients identify potential risks and suggest insurance products or policy adjustments.

9. Conducting policy reviews by periodically reviewing clients' policies to ensure the insurance coverages are still suitable for their customers' changing circumstances and financial goals

10. Expand professional skill set through workshops, networking events, and professional organizations

Competencies :

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

2. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

3. Sales (Insurance) experience will be added advantage
