Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer specializing in Electrical Projects to join our team in the construction and contracting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering, coupled with excellent communication and sales skills. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of electrical solutions and services, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Technical Sales Expertise:

1) Develop a deep understanding of our electrical products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.

2) Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of clients in the construction and contracting industry.

Client Relationship Management :

1) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the electrical projects space.

2) Identify client requirements and provide technical guidance to ensure the successful implementation of electrical solutions.

Sales Strategy and Planning :

1) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for electrical projects.

2) Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients.

Proposal Development :

1) Prepare comprehensive and compelling proposals for electrical projects, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.

2) Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.

Project Coordination :

1) Act as a liaison between clients and internal project teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

2) Provide technical support during the project implementation phase to address any issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Training and Support :

1) Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

2) Offer technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

1) Bachelor & degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

2) Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the electrical projects domain.

3) Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and project management principles.

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

6) Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

7) Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in electrical engineering.
