Sales Role - Defense (3-8 yrs)

- Achieving sales growth targets by Direct Rx business and other strategic targets such as premium lenses, coatings, dispensing tools and VTS equipment, or key sales programs.


- Profile and evaluate Royal & Emerald customers store operation, financial data, business model & profit drivers, and create value-based sales strategies that has positive financial impact on company.

- Lead sales conversation with ECPs and Indirect customers by challenging and persuading them to change behavior. Build agreement at each point in the sales process, remove barriers and close the deal.

- Planning MJP and shared to Cluster manager, act accordingly and strategic approaches to meet and exceed business objectives.

- Increase sales by effectively communicating the advantages and benefits of products and services

- Support and implements national marketing plans, utilizing digital tools and app.

- Schedule, plan, develop and conduct on-site individual, group and office training and educational seminars to increase demand for Carl ZEISS Vision labs, lenses and dispensing tools.

- Handling Distributor and ECP customers resolve their queries on day to day activities.

- Maintain a healthy relationship to customer and do regular training on any new updates and existing product.

- Collect timely money from market and control the DSO in given territory.

- Maintain a data for each outlet to get identify product and financial position of the ECPs.
