Job Responsibilities for Sales includes :

Main Responsibilities :

- As a Sales Personnel, you will be given a designated area in which to sell the Webparex's product portfolio services

- Sales Personnel will work as part of a team and will be assigned with a personal sales target

- Sales Personnel will be given a patch to work and it will be your responsibility to develop your customer base in assigned territory.

- You may also be expected to achieve a set number of visit targets in line with your sales targets for new business and/or maintaining existing customers

- You will build strong & strategic relationships with existing & prospective customers to meet & exceed monthly budgeted targets.

- You will develop and generate Revenue pattern from existing on board Customers towards assigned monthly targets.

- You need to Interact with customers positively to resolve and handle customer complaints smoothly.

- You are expected to prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports detailing progress against targets.

- Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions and provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed, and achieve individual and company goals

Skills required :

- Must have 2-6 years experience from service selling(insurance/courier)

- You must require excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and negotiation skills.

- Good numeracy and presentation skills are essential in this role.

- You must be able to operate Microsoft Windows Office Suite and techno-commercial.

- Experience in creating shipping/logistics solution as per client requirement and formulating commercials.

- Experience of working with a CRM system to manage the leads and update on them.

- Goal Oriented, High Skill in Sales Profession, Willing to learn.

Qualification : Should be minimum Graduate
