Sales Role - Conveyors (4-8 yrs)
General Responsibilities :
- Generate leads for selling conveyors.
- Identify right customers and qualify leads.
- Update CRM with leads and convert to opportunities.
- Update CRM with activities and other customer information's.
- Maintain healthy sales pipeline to ensure monthly sales of conveyors.
- Visit customers on daily/weekly basis to ensure/maintain healthy relations.
- Work together with regional sales manager.
- Communicate effectively, timely to internally and externally.
- Maintain cordial relationship with peers and colleagues.
- Coordinate with manufacturing team from RFQ to delivery.
- Sales planning, forecasting, budgeting etc.
- Preparation of techno-commercial proposal.
- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
- Competitors mapping and analyzing SWOT.
- Presentations to customers regarding Bastian Solutions and TALG.
- Managing customer visit to manufacturing facilities.
- Negotiations to ensure WIN WIN situations.
- Short term and long-term thinking and planning.
- YOY sales growth
- Provide market information's to manufacturing to improve quality, design and services.
- Work closely with existing customers of Bastian to sell conveyors together with other automation equipment's.
