- Candidate's Background: CCTV OEMs, System Integrator, VMS Sales Background

- Paralaxiom VAST is an AI/ML based automated CCTV surveillance SaaS product that is ready for deployment in the Indian market. We have championed customers across industries and our priority is to scale our sales and marketing efforts to reach out to the potential customers across India first and then abroad.

- Primary responsibility of the candidate will be to manage & grow the sales funnel of the organization.

- Candidates will have to take over management of the existing Lead Gen agencies and work with them to scale their efforts while maintaining the conversion targets.

- Candidates will be expected to engage new agencies (Lead Gen/Appointment Gen/Inbound Marketing / Partnerships) and grow them over to achieve desired conversion goals.

- Candidates will be expected to engage internal Tech and Sales team members through the lead nurturing process to achieve necessary conversion goals.

- Once settled in the candidate will be expected to optimize the effort, and make the entire funnel as efficient as possible. Candidate can then build her/his team and scale up the effort.

- The candidate is expected to be fluent in spoken English and able to articulate complex technology to a common person.

Qualifications :

- 1-3 years experience in selling CCTV Allied services/Software solutions.

-Basic understanding of Video Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology.

Candidates with more than 4 years experience do not apply.

Primary responsibility of the candidate will be to manage & grow the partnership funnel of the organization.

- The candidate is expected to define and implement a partnership program

- Candidates will have to take over management of the existing Partners and work with them to scale Paralaxiom AI sales efforts and achieve quarterly targets.

- Candidates will be expected to engage new partners; educate and nurture them till to grow into successful partnerships.

- Candidates will be expected to engage internal Tech and Sales team members through the partner nurturing process to achieve necessary conversion goals.

- Once settled in the candidate will be expected to optimize the effort, and make the entire Partnership Programme as effective as possible.


- Candidate can then build her/his team and scale up the effort.

- The candidate is expected to be fluent in spoken English and able to articulate complex technology to a common person.

Qualifications :

- 2-4 years experience in Chanel Sales, preferably hardware CCTV ELV plus SaaS products in India.

- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology.
