Sales Role - BFS (3-6 yrs)
PMS- Sales
1. Role : Acquiring Large Relationships and Managing Wealth
2. Grade : Mid-Level
3. Salary : Combination of fixed and a highly commensurate variable Pay
4. Reporting to : Vice President
6. Location : Mumbai
7. Education : MBA preferred
8. Previous Experience :
- Should have worked in a Private Bank or a Boutique wealth management company in India Territory
- A good track record of new relationship acquisition, building AUM
- Should have a large existing book of customers including ultra HNI
- Should have a connect with a large network of channel partners, banks and family offices
9. Skills :
- Passion towards sales and acquiring new customers
- Presenting our Brand and building relationships with the Ultra HNIs and Family Offices
- Should be good at building a channel network to generate leads
10. Responsibilities :
- Sourcing new customers through Portfolio Management, Advisory and Research Based AUM products
- Provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a daily sales report, figures, forecasting and any other records which may be required by the Head to keep up-to-date records of sales and performance
- Responsible for managing relationships
- Responsible for completion of regulatory requirements like KYC, advisory and account opening related documentation
- Maintaining regular contact with clients including regular face to face meetings
- Assess client's risk and return aspirations and deliver a tailored portfolio of products.
- Engage in periodical competitor mapping and suggest product and business team to track market developments.
- Provide a genuine advisory approach with highest level of customer obsession, thereby becoming the first point of contact for any investment needs
- Contact prospective customers to present information and explain our products and anticipated returns
