Sales Role - BFS (3-5 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Providing stock, derivatives, currencies, and commodities market advice to Super HNI clientele.
- Generating income and engaging customers with efficient consulting.
- Cross-selling insurance, mutual funds, and PMS, among other items.
- individually assisting customers with a book value of at least 25 lacs.
- Resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Holding regular meetings to attract new clients and keep hold of existing ones.
- Call tracking, weekly targets and meetings, and conference calls are used to monitor and improve the advising skills of advisors.
- Creating customer profiles through information analysis, portfolio recommendations, and a thorough assessment of the client's financial needs.
