Sales Professional

Location : Kolkata/Mumbai/Noida/Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

- Sell offerings in the space of mutual fund information services; these include on-prem and cloud-based solutions based on mutual funds; research; webtools; etc.

- Do market research and identify selling possibilities of all the products and services offered

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, etc.

- Give demos and presentations (face to face or online) on products and services offered

- Complete all the sales formalities to close a deal

- Achieve sales targets

- Create various MIS and reports as and when required for senior managements review

- Provide support to clients / prospects and handle their queries / complaints

- Seek feedback from clients / prospects on various products and services offered time to time and share with internal teams

- Sending promotional emails to prospects / clients on regular basis

- Provide ideas for preparing sales collaterals

- Team work to achieve better results

- Complete trainings mandated by organization

Key Skills Required :

- Experience in Sales of mutual fund-based products

- Knowledge of various assets classes such as mutual fund, equity, fixed income, insurance

- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Working knowledge of Gujarati / Marathi would be added advantage

- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software

- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills

- Ability to learn about products and services and give demonstration to clients / prospects

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently from home / office and communicate effectively with different teams

- Understanding of Quality Processes like ISO, CMM, etc.

- Information Security Responsibility 

- Maintain Confidentiality and Integrity of organization information. Report Security Breaches immediately to CISO
