Responsibilities:
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
- Maintain the productivity of the sales officers
- Meet the business targets
- Identify sales opportunities
- Generate leads for new business and customers
- The key accountability of the Sales Officer is to acquire new clients around the branch catchment area.
- Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
Requirements:
- Education: any Bachler degree
- Experience: 1 year to 2 year in field work
- Age: 21 to 30 years
- Good communication skills
- Sales ability & networking skills
