Together with the sales team, you will create and implement sales strategies, oversee sales operations, and deliver top-notch customer service. Strong leadership abilities, sales prowess, and the capacity to multitask in a hectic atmosphere are requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the sales manager to create sales strategies, establish sales goals, and put those goals into action.

- Develop and maintain good connections with major clients, attending to their needs, giving them information on products, and assuring client satisfaction.

- Assist in educating and acclimating new members of the sales team by imparting knowledge of the products, sales strategies, and best practices.

- To find new sales opportunities, comprehend client wants and preferences, and keep up of market developments, conduct market research and analysis.

- Work together with the sales manager to create sales projections, monitor results, and modify plans as necessary to take into account shifting market dynamics.

- Create presentations, sales collateral, and other sales materials to support the efforts of the sales team and improve client engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable subject.

- Minimum of 0 to 1 years of sales experience, ideally in a managerial or supervisory capacity. It would be ideal if you had experience in [your industry or field].

- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals, good negotiating abilities, and the capacity to create and sustain relationships with clients.

- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, including the capacity to encourage and inspire a sales team to produce outstanding outcomes.

- Excellent oral and writing communication abilities, including the capacity to persuade others, deliver information clearly, and work together across departments.

- Skilled at understanding sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support sales strategies and guide choices.

- Sensitive to shifting business requirements, market dynamics, and client needs.

- Acts ethically, professionally, and honestly in all interactions and commercial dealings.
