You will work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure the smooth operation of the sales department. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.

- Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.

- Provide support to the sales team by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish sales goals and objectives for the team.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives.

- Provide coaching and training to the sales team to improve their skills and knowledge.

- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales team members.

- Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

- Assist in forecasting sales targets and budgets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze sales data and generate meaningful reports.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
