Job Profile :
1. To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your natural contact & references.
2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA Process & regulations & sales & soft skills.
3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their Code.
4. Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to generate maximum business out of them.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Any Graduates are welcomed.
2. Must be a localize in City for at least a 6 months
3. Professional having any Sales & Marketing experience from finance, insurance industry.
4. Good communication skills & present ability. Good Network
