As a AGENCY Personnel you would be the link that connects us with the customers. Your primary responsibility would be to provide life insurance services. As our advisor, you are in a unique position where both, we and the customer put our faith in you. Hence, the duty of gaining the trust of your customers, and giving them the right insurance advice is yours.
It will also include interacting with individuals and families to:
- Understand their protection and investment needs
- Identify and recommend solutions that fits their requirements the best
- Offer the prospect or existing customer the complete range of products
- Help complete the procedure necessary for processing the purchase of policy
- Keep in touch with customers to ensure that their policy service requests are managed properly
