- Education - Graduation
- Minimum (7) years' total sales experience as individual contributor and/or front-line ad sales manager of individual contributors
- Minimum (4) years' experience managing ad sales managers
- Minimum (2) years' work experience as a Sales training specialist and Digital Marketing Coach
- Extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, Ads, Sales, learning principles and modern training and coaching techniques
- An ability to manage the full training cycle and coaching - Classroom + VILT (Virtual Instructor Led Training)
- Proficiency in MS Office, SFDC 1CRM and related tools and applications
- Additional certification in Coaching and Google Ads preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
