- Responsible for Centre/Branch Sales, Services and Operations.

 - Responsible for achieving admission targets and student satisfaction

- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them

 - Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals

- Creating and updating activity reports. Answering questions about products or the company

 - Organizing events and product exhibitions. Monitoring performance, Managing campaigns on social media

- Ensure counselors are counseling the walk-in / telephonic enquiries effectively for various courses offered

 - Co-ordinate with different departments like Study Material, Classes Planning, Administration, Finance etc

 - Monthly planning of collection targets, revenue targets n fresh enrolments as per budgets.

 - Training and monitoring the performance of Counselors to ensure efficiency in sales, services.
