Sales Role (3-8 yrs)
- To achieve the Order/Sales targets for nozzles and systems.
- Identifying and networking with prospective (existing/new) customers; generating business from existing/new customers and achieving profitability and increase sales growth.
- To study the application and suggest the suitable solution for different industries.
- Preparing quotation for nozzles and systems.
- To coordinate with all respective departments for sales related activities ( like design, dispatch, quality, accounts, production etc.).
- To get necessary approvals from the customer end for executing the order.
- Timely submission of daily activity report and monthly report.
- Analyzing marketing trends & tracking competitors' activities and providing valuable inputs for Product enhancement & fine-tuning sales & marketing Strategies.
- Meeting with the customers to promote the new product by giving demos and assist with the development of the existing product.
- Demonstrating products, services and solutions to potential clients.
- Delivering presentations and demos to customer.
- Negotiating variation in price, delivery, specification and other terms.
- Participating trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Attending and Resolving customer complaints as and when required.
- Responsibility of collecting customer feedback survey form.
