- Responsible to generate leads through cold calling should send primary quotation and other relevant documentation to customers.

- Capable to generate requirements and negotiate.

- Sales closure.

- Payment recovery.

- Customers follow ups for orders.

- Reporting :

a) Sales plan b) Sales pipeline

c) Orders and follow ups d) Payments and follow ups

- Customer relationship and support building.

- Should be a team player.

- Strive to achieve sales targets

- Maintains relationships with the Existing clients by providing support, information, guidance, recommending new products, recommending service improvements, and visiting the client location on a regular basis.

- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and Gain knowledge on competition.

- Maintaining customer records based on service reports and analyzing the market requirements and sharing the same to the managers on daily and weekly basis.

- Planning for AMC and Schedule Maintenance for Existing and New Clients and Customers.

- Should be ready to travel for the service as per the company requirements.

- Working along with the sales team in Initiating Demo for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements.

- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information based on the market requirement and sharing the same to the managers on weekly and Daily Basis.

- Maintains quality service and establishing Customer Relationship.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as per guidelines.

- Leads Generation and hunt for new opportunities where we can promote our products.
