1) Proven experience as an insurance sales representative
2) Good comprehension of insurance plans including automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.
3) Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
4) Goal-oriented
5) Excellent skills in communication and presentation
