Job Description:
We are looking for young dynamic sales personnel who can help us grow the user base of our e-commerce app by registering maximum users to the platform. He/She will be designated to a specific area in the city and will be hiring and leading a team of few sales executives and driving business through them. The Relationship Officer will also carry his/her own personal targets too along with team targets. Both Male or female along with Experienced or Fresher can apply
- Identify new sales opportunities through various channels
- Meet, Present, Convince and Onboard new users to our e-commerce app on daily basis
- Hire and lead a team of Sales executives
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers and generate repeat business and referrals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Location: Bhubaneswar/Cuttack/Puri/Berhampur/Sambalpur/Rourkela/Balasore
Mandatory Requirements:
Qualification- Graduate and above
Age- 21 to 32
Salary- upto 1.8 lac per annum + High incentives
Must have 2 wheeler and valid DL, Pan Card and Adhar Card
