Sales & Relationship Manager - Pharma (2-6 yrs)
1. Will cover the entire state.
2. Responsible for achieving assigned TGTs, including product-specific targets.
3. Customer satisfaction, customer coverage, and consistent sales performance.
6. Utilizing resources efficiently in such a way as to minimize field expenses and maximize value, as well as coordinating with SS and Stockiest.
7. Ensure that sales promotion strategies are applied effectively.
8. Relationships with KOLs should be developed and the KOLs should have a stronghold on the company.
9. Achieving maximum customer potential by identifying and pursuing opportunities for territory development.
10. Exercise, check, and control effectively, for disciplined performance.
