Sales Promoter - Entertainment & Media Firm (0-1 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer Service : Greet customers at PVR INOX in a warm and professional manner, answer their questions, and offer product recommendations. Ensure a positive experience by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and courteously.

2. Sales & Product Knowledge : Demonstrate a deep understanding of 4700BC products. Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and promotions. Offer additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

3. Stock Management : Monitor snack inventory levels at the counter and restock as necessary. Ensure visually appealing and well-organized displays. Report low stock levels to supervisors and assist in inventory management tasks.

4. Cleanliness and Presentation : Maintain a clean, organized counter, and surrounding area. Arrange promotional materials, price tags, and signage appropriately. Ensure shelves, racks, and displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.

5. Compliance and Safety : Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Follow regulations related to product handling, cash management, and customer privacy. Report any potential safety hazards or incidents.

6. Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with colleagues and team members to achieve sales goals and provide seamless customer service. Coordinate with other departments, such as stockroom or sales floor personnel, to address customer needs efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills :

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is advantageous.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or cash registers.

5. Knowledge of 4700BC products offered.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively.

8. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.

9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
