Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore or any Town B cities (Remote working)

We are looking for a dynamic talent who can lead our Demand Generation delivery helping both internal and customer business needs.

The person is expected to lead the Lead Generation delivery practice to help create interest in and excitement for a company's products or services to attract customers.

Responsibilities :

1) Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with business goals for our clients and internal services.

2) Take responsibility of the complete lead generation process from generating leads to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle

3) Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand the product/ service and create content for email and LinkedIn lead-generation campaigns

4) Plan and execute email/drip campaigns / LinkedIn outreach/ Webinar sessions to generate leads for the business.

5) Measure, analyze and draw actionable insights into performance by analyzing the data from the ongoing campaigns

6) Able to come design new ways and strategies to generate leads to assist the sales team with qualified leads

7) Create and review content for all marketing outreach campaigns.

8) Managing the company website for all Lead generation activities.

Skills : 

1) Hands-on on experience in carrying out Outbound lead generation campaigns for generating marketing qualified leads

2) Exposure to B2B marketing is preferred.

3) Should have excellent content writing skills (especially in writing cold emails)

4) Should be well-versed in carrying out personalized email campaigns

5) Should have some experience in using LinkedIn for Prospecting Activity

6) Prior experience working in the B2B sector would be an advantage

7) Should have used marketing automation software.

8) Should have completed graduation with an experience of a minimum 1 to 2 years in Demand generation field.
