Sales Professional - Wire/Switch Gear (4-7 yrs)

we are looking for Sales engineers with the experience in Project sales, as JD follows:

- To achieve Sales & Collection targets considering target customer and specifier base.

- Develop and prepare sales forecast for industry/ vertical and execute channel strategies to Increase Company's market share and profitability in the specified area.

- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers in the target market and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

- Pipeline Management & accurate forecasting to achieve revenue targets.

- Follow up on Leads & manage the CRM system to reflect the appropriate picture on the Pipeline forecasts & updates.

- Shares marketplace trends and changes taking place for implications to business. Information sharing with internal stakeholders about customer needs volume potential, price schedules and discount rates.

- Pursue prospects, business opportunities and implement relevant strategies for conversion of enquiries to orders at appropriate terms of sales.

- Identify and penetrate new, and up-sell and grow share-of-pocket of existing, major accounts.

- Builds strong relationships with key leaders, partners, stakeholders and customers, internal or external to the sales organization.

-Work closely with Contractors, consultants & specifiers in the assigned territory and develop positive relationships with them.

- Coordination with technical team for pre-sales (demonstrations, benchmarks) and post-sales technical requirements of customers.

- Plan & participate in marketing activities inorder to promote sales of products.

- Managing & Coordinating with the Channel Partners (Dealers) in the assigned area and assist them in sales.

- Expansion Of channel in terms of reach and extraction by developing new channel partners by tapping new market territories.

- Train dealer's personnel on product knowledge.

- Ensuring timely settlement of the claims of the channel partners.

Qualification :

Essential Qualification: B.E/B. Tech

Desired Qualification: MBA/PGDM

Experience: 3 - 7 Years

Industry Preference: Electrical Products namely lighting based, cables, Switchgear, Elevators, Motors, furniture.

- Interpersonal skills and skilful organization of tasks.

- Proven Sales & Client Relationship Management skills.

- Proven experience in managing and negotiating deals from start to finish & navigate through internal Orgs & the client org to get things done.

- Ability to execute a strategy to meet the Revenue & Organisational objectives.

- Effective communication & interpersonal skills, including virtual teaming skills
