Sales Professional - Pharmaceutical Equipment (1-3 yrs)

The company is a leading pharmaceutical equipment and consultancy company, is expanding its offerings to include metal and equipment fabrications for the Mumbai region. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional focusing on Metal and equipment fabrications to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring metal and equipment fabrication orders from clients in the Mumbai area.

Responsibilities :

Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in Mumbai who require metal and equipment fabrications. Analyze the local market trends, competitors, and opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.

Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.

Client Engagement : Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their metal and equipment fabrication needs, demonstrate our capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge : Gain in-depth knowledge of the Company's metal and equipment fabrication capabilities and the range of services we offer. Be able to effectively communicate the unique selling points and benefits to potential clients.

Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the Company's metal and equipment fabrication expertise, demonstrating how our solutions meet the client's specific requirements.

Sales Targets : Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for metal and equipment fabrications. Develop and implement strategies to achieve these targets within the assigned territory.

Negotiation and Quotation : Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for metal and equipment fabrication projects, negotiate with clients to reach favorable terms, and close sales orders.

Customer Relationship Management : Provide exceptional customer support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.

Collaboration : Collaborate with the technical and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of metal and equipment fabrication orders.

Market Intelligence : Keep abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and customer needs related to metal and equipment fabrications.

Requirements :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience : Proven track record of 3 years of successful sales and business development experience in the metal and equipment fabrication industry or related field.

Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with metal and equipment fabrication processes and techniques, or a strong willingness to learn and understand the intricacies of the metal and equipment fabrication business is highly advantageous. Ability to understand technical specifications of structures.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Result-oriented : Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results.

Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions.

Local Market Knowledge : Familiarity with the metal and equipment fabrication market in Mumbai, including potential clients and industry dynamics.

Availability : Willingness to travel within the Chennai region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
