Age : 25 to 32 Yrs

Qualification : BE Mechanical

Gender Preference : Male / Female

Experience : 4 - 6 years' work experience in Manufacturing sector, Project based Industry

Position Summary : To attend the kick off meeting with the marketing dept. and gets a copy of the MOM or other project details / documents prior to making the execution schedule.

Responsibility :

- Interacting with end client decision makers(sr. mgmt/owners) independently.

- Independently participating in trade fairs/exhibitions/conferences.

- Good Articulation skills of Growel value proposition and client requirements.

- Typical end clientele for Growel would be from automobiles/automobile ancillaries, steel, hardware/fastners, architectural and sanitary fittings, aerospace-preferred candidate to have experience dealing in at least couple/majority of these industrial client segments.

- Track record of achieving/exceeding yearly sales targets.

- Gathering market intelligence on key market developments/competition and reporting periodically to head office.

- Ability to travel(regional/domestic) 50% of the times.

- Ability to interface between client requirements and internal stake holders.

- Must have handled yearly sales quota of min INR 15-20 Crores

- Direct sales experience preferred(Would not prefer sales via distributors/channel partners)

- Experience in verticals such as Industrial, Engineering, Chemicals, Healthcare, Automotive, Industry, etc.

- Excellent communications problem solving skills, along with team building capabilities

Industry :

- Engineering works in disciplines that include mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, Hazardous and environmental engineering, among others.
