- Sales planning & Forecasting
- Drive volume & value growth, finalize annual,Quarterly & Monthly targets at National & Regional level
- Activating distributors and managing sales through them
- Hiring manpower for different regions
- Activate new accounts/formats/channels to drive sales
- Developing &implementing promotions plan for institutional/HoReCa sales and handling execution of the same
- Increasing Institutional/HoReCa sales and distribution of new &existing product portfolios
- Ensuring collections from distributor/channels/vendors.
