The Job

You will be responsible for :

Experience : Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably within the banking industry with a focus on business loans. Experience working as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) is highly desirable.

Knowledge : Sound understanding of business loan products, financial services, and banking regulations. Familiarity with the local business landscape in Bangalore is a plus.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and secure favorable terms for both the client and the organization.

Target-Oriented : Goal-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Certifications : Any relevant certifications in sales or banking would be advantageous

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 2 years experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
