What You'll Do :

Unearth hidden potential : Be a lead generation machine, identifying new sales opportunities in the K9 and K12 sectors through cold calling and other creative channels.

Build bridges, not walls : Forge strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders - schools, institutions, and individual learners alike. Understand their unique needs and tailor our solutions to empower their success.

Strategize for victory : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft winning sales strategies that drive revenue growth in the K9 and K12 education segments.

Exceed expectations : Be a top performer, consistently exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and persuasive sales techniques.

Stay sharp, stay ahead : Keep your finger on the pulse of the education industry, identifying emerging trends and staying ahead of the competition.

Become an information hub : Regularly share sales reports, market insights, and customer feedback to keep the team informed and empowered.

Who You Are :

- A college graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (bonus points for EdTech experience!).

- A seasoned sales professional with at least 1 year of experience crushing it in business development, sales, or account management.

- A proven closer with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

- A master communicator with the ability to build rapport, connect with clients, and confidently present solutions.

- A skilled negotiator who can navigate conversations to win-win outcomes.

- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, tackles challenges head-on, and works independently and collaboratively.

- An EdTech enthusiast with a solid understanding of the K9 and K12 education landscape, its current trends, and its evolving needs.
