They specialize in unique concepts in urban real estates.

They are currently hiring for "Astute Sales professionals across Channel Sales and Direct Sales at various levels- from across the industries.

They have projects across Mumbai including South Mumbai and Suburbs. WORK NEAR WHERE YOU LIVE!!

Key Responsibility Areas -

- To sell Mid- End and High- End Luxury Properties.

- Handling walk-in clients at site, HNI leads generation etc.

- Deal Closure Specialist

- Generating leads from Channel partners across Mumbai and other cities.

- Conducting activities and meetings for Channel partners and clients for generating business.

- Identify and appoint new Channel partners and train them.

- To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter.

- To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.

Candidates should have experience in Direct Sales/Channel Sales /Business Development,/HNI Sales /Relationship Management/Client Servicing
