As a Sales Engineer you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our automotive products and solutions. Combining technical expertise with sales acumen, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and offer tailored solutions that address their specific requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive technology, strong communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with automotive OEMs, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

Technical Consultation : Provide expert technical guidance to customers regarding our products and solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our offerings.

Solution Development : Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities.

Sales Support : Partner with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Assist in proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions. Address technical inquiries and provide support throughout the sales cycle.

Market Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential areas for expansion.

Customer Relationship Management : Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Proactively address customer concerns and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Product Feedback : Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with our products and solutions. Relay this information to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the automotive industry.

- Deep understanding of automotive technology, including knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and manufacturing processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
