We are a start-up is looking to minimise the gap restaurant/hotel industry is facing in current times with staffing and recruitment of relevant candidates for their business setup. It will be the one stop solution for the people working in this field to connect with friends, peers and candidates working in the hospitality network, helping them reach out to employers instantaneously, eliminating the role of middlemen and placement agencies, thereby disrupting the normal pattern of hiring in this particular sector.
- Unlike any other job portal, Vork will be the first one of a kind networking mobile application which will be sector focused, thereby having a very relevant search and algo matching pattern used to provide the ideal candidate the employer is looking for.
What will you do?
- Identifying and discovering leads
- Cold calling the leads identified and setting up business meets
- This is a field intensive role involving setting up of meetings with the prospective client, pitching the product and driving sales
- Manage, service and grow long-term relationships with your portfolio of merchants and ensure optimal usage of the product sold.
- Own all aspects of merchant satisfaction and help solve issues, troubleshoot as required
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting
