Role
The responsibilities of the role are per the below:
- Extract and generate reports from CRM into excel
- Create schedules in excel for instructors
- Generate class links & enter into excel and CRM
The role is based in Bangalore, India. The role will be required to work out of the office in Indiranagar.
Experience, Qualifications & Person Type :
The ideal candidate is someone who :
- Has 2+ years of experience in sales operations or customer support.
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is a self-starter & is reliable
- Is a team player, works well in groups & optimizes for the team
- Is comfortable with ambiguity
- Has advanced skill sets in excel & is comfortable working with technology tools
Work Days & Timings :
We have a 6-day working week.
Salary - 25K-30K
