Sales Operation Role - FMCG (9-14 yrs)

Experience: 9-14 years
Location: Agra and Lucknow
Skills Required : Should have experience in Channel Sales, distribution, Key account, Trade sales , general trade and FMCG exposure is mandatory
Role Objective :
- Incumbent should be ready to move in operation profile from Sales.
- Involved in making strategic business plans
- Drive and achieve stipulated volumes and market share to gain over competition
- Accountable for joint planning and implementation of relevant marketing initiatives to maximize sales and drive revenues
- Monitor shopper marketing and trade marketing spends, maintain controls on all financial parameters and ensure compliance of company directives
- Communicate with consumer marketing and region marketing to ensure total system alignment on development and execution of marketing plans, products, programs and services
