Sales Officer/Trainee - FMCG (0-1 yrs)

- Creates & Delivers Value to Market, In order to maximize the sales revenues and profit of the market, maximize the market share.

- The position manages primary and secondary sales,enhances product visibility & in store shelf share.

- Monitors competition and competitor activities and reviews sales forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.

- Appoints distributors to maximize market opportunities .

- Organize promotional activities in consultation with the superiors & within specified budget limits.

- Identify special/seasonal occasions to capture increase in sales, suggest consumer promotional programs that drive sales volume, profit and share.

- Increases Performance & Efficiency by overlapping/integrating functions throughout the value chain.

- Respond to the market demand and deliver the product timely

- Build, maintain and enhance the relationship with the distribution channels and the key accounts

- The position manages to track monthly performance against the sales target and proactively identify solutions to close performance gaps. Ensures high visibility with right placement of POP and danglers display in stores. Is responsible for identifying new distributors and analyse and present the ROI and profitability analysis for appointment of new distributors

- Builds, Maintains and enhances the Management Infrastructure

- Maintain, improve and enhance the business system and process.

- The position manages to develop positive direct relationships with distributors, executes & monitors local chains, schemes & offers for promotion of the brand. Is responsible for effective coordination between internal accounting department, and external partners such as stockiest, retailer, merchandisers and distributors in terms of billing, stocks & collections as per company norms.

Develops and Grows People

- Develop and grow employees in the sales function

- The position manages the performance of the sales product consultants, supervisors and merchandisers .

- Provide On-the-Job training in stores to product consultants on handling different types of customer sand take corrective action.

- Manages to do mentoring and coaching for their continuous improvement and reviews training needs, leads and motivates the SPC, supervisors and merchandisers

- He will be responsible to liaison with the local distributors, sub stockist and retailers.

- He will be responsible to increase the business volume and market share of Unicharm Products.

- Freshers are most welcome.
