Required Experience: Sales Officer: 2 to 5 Years

Required Qualification: Graduate from a reputed institute, preferably with MBA

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Sales Officer is mainly responsible for selling steel roofing & products or services directly to a specific districts and customers, or indirectly through a retail or distribution organization.

- They will report to Territory Manager responsible for Zone/Territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES :

- Managing sales of steel roofing business for a territory through innovative marketing.

- Ensure achievement of revenue as per target for the specific territory assigned

- Channel management: Identifying & networking with channel partners/ retailers,resulting in market penetration & reach for evaluating performance & monitoring the sales and marketing activities.

- Monitoring inventory control, thereby ensuring ready availability of the stock as per the market demand and implementing effective logistic strategies.

- Appointing new dealers, distributors and retailers.

- Channel sales management

-  Providing feedback from clients in order to access possible improvements to existing products and also the need for new products

KEY SKILLS/COMPETENCIES :

-  Willingness in traveling and working in a team of professionals

- Be creative, as well as possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills to successfully motivate staff and present information to customers

-  Good knowledge on company products and services
