LOCATION: Allocated area in Gujarat (Depot Baroda Location) etc.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

EDUCATION: Any Graduate / MBA Marketing

KEY SKILLS : Adhesives, Sealants, Tape adhesive, Sales, BOPP Adhesive, Chemical Sales & Marketing, New Business Development, Product Sales & Marketing.

- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Candidate who has specific scope in Business development for Adhesive/Tape Adhesive/Sealants etc.

- Responsible for sales, market development, collection, capturing of market insights and Major Initiative execution in the assigned geography & explore the new market via Meetings, Presentations.

- Ensure achievement of sales objective with respect to volume/value, product, Dealer and retailer wise, new/focus product) with customer centric approach.

- Exploring business opportunities in untapped markets and closing deals through new corporate accounts.

- Building strategic alliances with channel partners through effective relationship management.

- Take strategically decision to maximize sales value vise and volume vise in assigned territory. Product promotion. New Product Development according with Market requirement.

- Dealer appointment and their growth through Companies product.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Candidate With dynamic personality, good communication skills who has goods markets specifically in Adhesive and extra ordinary sales and marketing skills.

SALARY :

- Depends on Experience & Current CTC

- Depends on candidate skills (No bar for right candidates)
