Sales Officer /Senior Sales Officer - CASA - Bank (1-6 yrs)
Basic Skill Set-
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferably CASA Sales
- Comfortable in interacting
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Affable and service oriented approach.
- Maturity and sense of balance.
Job Responsibilities-
- Introduce & acquire new customer in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment
- Area Mapping in the catchment and maintaining of Daily activity/Sales report
- Preparing Wish list of customers through cold calling and promotion activities
- Meeting and completing account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms (Field verification mandatory)
- Engaging customer with multiple products at the time of account Opening( viz: Mobile banking/Net banking registration /RD- FD activation
- Ensuring account activation & 3 month funding for incentive gating
- Generating Leads for family accounts and other cross sell product
- Resolving customer queries/issues
