Sales Officer - Retail Banking (0-5 yrs)
We're looking for an Assistant Sales Officer to drive the growth of our Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products. In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new customers, educating them on CASA benefits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential CASA customers.
- Use various channels for outreach, including cold calls and social media.
- Deep understanding of CASA products and benefits.
- Educate customers and tailor solutions to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Graduation In any Field.
- 6 Months to 2 Years experience in field Sales.
- Sales experience in banking or finance is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
- Should be local Candidate.
