Sales Officer - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
We're looking for a Sales Officer who can help us expand our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and be able to work independently. If you have the drive and determination to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Sales Officer Responsibilities:
- Assist sales manager with developing sales plans and action plans; develop new business leads; prepare and service customer accounts
- Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems
- Oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers
- Perform competitive analysis, market research, and product assessment
- Conduct presentations, attend trade shows and events to promote products
- Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships
- Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage and maintain sales inventory
- Analyse and report on sales performance and sales trends
Requirements And Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Sales experience in a commercial real estate brokerage environment
- Strong professionalism, excellent communication skills, and positive attitude
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, and strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
