Sales Officer - Project Business - Building Materials (2-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Plan and deliver the Revenue objectives for Projects business vertical for the required area.
- Plan annual, quarterly operational plan at Area level.
- Have Functional knowledge of project business in building material vertical in the zone and a strong drive to deliver high growth.
- Prepare & present reports on the business periodically.
- Build the specification business with architects/interiors and regularly review the specification pipeline to engage the specification team
- Manage large tenders of public sector and private sector constructions right from specification stage to the final closing stage
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding.
- Architect level specification working and follow ups and building relationships.
- Focus on the conversion of quotations to Purchase Order and finally winning the project.
- Ensure proper site coordination for installation are provided and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Skills :
1. Analytical skills
2. Ability to communicate with high end project owners/CEO's/leading architects/PMC's
3. Functional understanding of project business in the building material industry
