Sales Officer - Personal Loan (1-5 yrs)
- Experience in selling loans is mandatory.
- The Key Job is: - Get the sale- using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Generate or follow through sales leads
- Evaluate customers- needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Forecast sales, develop - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Maintain and expand client database to increase sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- Proven sales experience in Loans
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
