Sales Officer - Personal Care/Cosmetics (4-7 yrs)
Looking for a hard core sales person who has experience and can build up a market for growing brand. Has good network and face value in the market
Preferable companies- Personal care brands/Cosmetics Industry
Responsibilities:
- Own primary and secondary channel sales to deliver annual volume objectives
- Grow effective distribution through the network of C&F agents, distributors and retailers and collect payments
- Identify new distributors and retailers in the territory. Develop relationship and onboard for increasing market penetration and reach
- Keep abreast with market trends and competitor activities. Quickly analyse market response and communicate promotional requirements to marketing team
- Ensure ground level implementation of promotional activities. Drive visibility and sales activations
- Lead new product launches in the territory in co-ordination with marketing team
Desired Qualification:
- 10 th pass/12 th pass/Graduation- any degree
- 4-5 years of experience in Cosmetics/beauty/personal care.
- Proven track record of exceeding in the set sales targets
- Strong understanding of market trends and potential of the territory
- Must have good experience in channel sales,distribution sales, whole sales,etc

- Strong interpersonal skills. Able to develop and manage relationships with all channel stakeholders

- Should be good in terms of reporting- his daily performance, number, sales,etc

- Increase in sales by value and volume in the territory
- Increase in number of listings and placements - distributors and retailers appointed
- Deployment of point of sales materials
- Net credit period
- Collections
