Qualification : Graduate
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Monthly Sales Target achievement.
2. Cross selling of other products to MSME / SME customers.
3. Adhere lending norms and integrity in customer transactions.
4. Soft bucket collection responsibility.
5. Active participation in BTL activities.
6. Understanding the sales & credit process of Micro/small MSME loans.
7. Basic understanding on Balance Sheet, P&L.
Experience / Required Skills :
- Unsecured Micro /small ticket /Biz loan Sales & distribution background.
- LAP product Sales Experience (Desirable)
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Must have experience in front end sales role for many leading NBFCs/ Bank products. If from life insurance companies need a last work stability of 1 year with same organization.
